33 Weeks Pregnant - Signs of Pregnancy
Mother
From 33 weeks pregnant leg and foot cramps can pose a problem. Try to ensure you are getting gentle exercise during the day and if you do get a cramp point your foot upwards and put pressure on the affected area.
Cramps can be due to a lack of potassium and calcium so try to increase your intake of foods like bananas, cottage cheese, oranges and the suchlike.
Baby
Your baby may be lying head down by now and may not be able to move around as much as space is getting very limited. Because of this you may also be able to distinguish the parts of his body that are prodding you and you may begin to notice when he has hiccups!
