Pregnancy Day by Day: Day 9

Day 9 of pregnancy is a good time to look closely at your diet and how you are mentally preparing yourself for pregnancy. Pregnancy is a time of self discovery and you may feel surprised by how you feel about becoming a parent even on a day to day basis.

Talk to your partner and discuss how you both feel. It is best to iron out any worries at the earliest opportunity rather than waiting until it is too late!

As this is your fertile period you may feel under pressure to have lots of sex. However, it is only necessary to have sex once a day or once every other day during the time when you are ovulating. Lie back and enjoy the fun as once you do get pregnant you may not feel up to sex, particularly if you are suffering from som e of the more delightful early pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, extreme tiredness or mood swings!
