Signs of Labor - Nausea/ Vomiting
Lots of mothers-to-be feel a little sick and may even vomit in the lead up to labor. Very often this pre-labor nausea is a result of both nerves and your changing hormones.
If you suffer nausea or vomiting you should mention it to your GP or midwife and drink plenty of water to avoid becoming dehydrated.
